All Varsity players MUST max in 3 lifts. We will then set strength goals. Lifting groups will be set during this time.

If you miss a session you need to make arrangements to get into the weight room in the evening. We have the weight room open at 5 pm as well.

We will also do 7-on 7 in the evenings – MON/WED 5-7:00

We have Six weeks to prepare for the coming season. This is when games will be won. Pursuit of the SHOE-pursuit of accomplishment!


The following workouts start in stadium:

Weeks of June 17-July 1: Monday to Thursday, 8-10 am (4th of July off)

Weeks of July 8-July 22: Monday to Thursday, 5-7 pm

7 on 7: Mondays & Wednesdays, 5-7 pm
